I’ve been firmly instructed by the life force that’s living me from an early age. My spiritual path has continually been directed away from external teachings and mental concepts, and toward intimate presence with current experience and the master teacher deep at the core of each of us. This life has unfolded as an exploration of the truths that we each already know the answers we're searching for, that our path toward wholeness has an intelligence and intention of it's own, and that life works when we let it.
The way that life has constructed me gives me an ability to be exquisitely present at levels below intellect and emotion. This often evokes an altered state within which other people can contact, explore and know themselves more deeply, intimately and honestly. I’ve spent my life passionately exploring the terrain of self-inquiry and self-intimacy through many avenues and modalities including various kinds of dance and movement, massage and other forms of touch, emotions, dreams, art, writing, music, nature, sacred medicines, relationships, ceremonies and rituals.
